Roberts teaches Mindfulness Meditation in a safe, accessible, and secular way to both beginner and experienced meditators. He is a practitioner of traditional mindfulness and teaches under the guidance of Lama Chimé Shore through the lineage of the Late Ven. Namgyal Rinpoche.
